Should Canada go on offense and implement an export tax on oil and gas exports on September 1st?
(This is my personal idea, not anything I have heard considered officially yet)

Canada has 25% of world supply. US relies heavily on Canadian produced uranium.
Time for Canada to learn of Cameco’s tax chicanery, it sells the Uranium it produces in Canada to a Switzerland based subsidiary (Cameco Europe Ltd CEL) at a loss. CEL sells it to US at a profit. Switzerland has lower corporate taxes…
The uranium is never actually shipped to switzerland but is supplied from Canada
