Even windows can have decent uptimes.
Of course this is a NAS appliance (Dell with Windows of some sort, serving up smb/nfs). Amazing how stable something is when there isn’t any actual users on the console and everything is firewalled off except for the file share.
Pesky users. They are the whole reason why systems fail.
Systems must be protected from the users.
Destroy the users. Ex-term-in-ate! Ex-term-in-ate! Brrrzzzzt!
