Ouch.
Oh well, looks like it’s just the weed aka Laurel Leaf Willow in our yard that sustained any lasting damage.
Lots of other trees are really bent and weighed down with snow but I don’t think they have any major broken branches. We’ll have to do a survey of the entire yard once the snow melts.
Looks like places outside of the city were hit harder than our yard….
My parent’s place west of Bowden was without power from yesterday morning until 1:30 pm today (Friday). Lines came down either from the snow itself or more likely branches/trees taking them down.
