Apple doesn’t mind 3rd party use of the term “Podcast”

Hey Leo! Leo Laporte! Are you paying attention to this?

Sure, you still have to be careful about naming actual sites, products, and companies using the term “podcast”, (or “iPod” or similar) but to actually use the term to describe a *cough* netcast *cough*, is A-OK by Apple.
