TagCow is Soylent Green.

Essentially a photo-tagging service, that integrates with flickr, whose “automatic” process most likely involves humans.

See Mechanical Turk for a probable source of (questionable quality) neurons being brought to bear on this problem space.

I am wondering if it is part of an April Fools Day prank, given that they launched with the privacy policy on their website simply saying “TBD”.

Tell me again, how we supposedly aren’t in the middle of Tech Bubble 2.0?

Newsflash, sinks do not drain in opposite directions based on North/South Hemisphere location . . .

I must admit to having been a believer before. Where that wrong assumption was made ‘fact’ to me, I do not know. Quite possibly junior or senior high school science classes. Check the link above, even college texts have gotten it wrong.

When I lived on the farm, we had overhead tanks like this. Appears that this one is in a field quite some distance from the farm itself .
